I am co-creator (along with Nicole Burt and Holly Hunold) of Origins, an innovative learning tool for introductory biological anthropology courses. The card game involves testing a student's knowledge of core concepts through competitive learning. By playing the game students become active learners and have better learning outcomes. Card types include "Guess Who?" and "ARTifact" where students identify and draw fossils, primates, a people etc. as part of a team.
